Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery
Shipping policy
VaporHaus ships vapor products to U.S. addresses where their sale is permitted. Every order is age-verified and requires an adult signature on delivery. Final rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery methods
We ship with adult-signature carriers only. An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for every delivery. USPS, FedEx, and UPS are not used for vapor products.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking link is sent after the order is packed by the fulfillment team.
State restrictions
Some flavored products cannot ship to certain states. If an item in your cart cannot ship to your address, we will tell you at checkout before payment.
